We bought two kittens from litters from Wendy and Joni in November 2013.  Their website and email contact was very professional and responsive, and we visited the kittens prior to picking them up.  Joni and Wendy both showed a high degree of customer service, and provided lots of information about looking after the kittens and how best to care for them.  They also socialised the kittens together so that when they came to live with us they adjusted quickly and have been a delightful addition to our home.
